Description:
What is the Sensor Shield?
Sensor Shield was designed to help diy users to connect various sensor modules easily. It saves much trouble for users to do the wiring, especially when there are so many modules connecting to Ardui-no.
Sensor shield V8 overview:
The switch in the blue box could change voltage output (5V or 3V3) of those pins in the purple box above.
Since 5V TTL and 3V3 TTL are compatible with each other, it is no problem if you connect them together, only if the 3V3 pin could be 5V-tolerant. Most 3V3 sensor chips is tolerant of 5V TTL
Feature
- Compatible with Ardui-no 1.0 pinout
- Compatible with Ardui-no UNO, Ardui-no Leonardo, Ardui-no DUE, Ardui-no Mega and Ardui-no Duemilanove
